Gereformeerde predikanten bijeen op een conferentie over collegialiteit

In 1983 the conference was about collegiality. Research showed that many pastors were lonely and needed more collegiality. In most cases, these involved preachers with ideas that differed from those of their parishioners. This causes many of the pastors to become isolated."
